Bolt + Tie is a connected live-work-play community in the middle of it all, and we are bringing you many ways to engage with other residents and our community around us.
Connecting isn’t just meeting. It’s establishing a connection. It’s offering ways to live meaningfully, provide quality feedback, and experience all that Bolt + Tie has to offer regularly. Below are a few ways that Bolt + Tie is working to foster connection.
Social media. You can find Bolt + Tie on Instagram and Facebook! Be sure to follow us to stay up to date on leasing information, resident events, community updates, and more.
Website. Bolt + Tie’s website is the best place to stay connected. On the website you will find information on the apartments, amenities, Elevate Office, and community news.
Surveys. Bolt + Tie will occasionally send surveys to residents via email. We encourage you to respond to these surveys and offer up feedback--good and bad. This feedback is crucial to helping create a better home for you and future Bolt + Tie residents.
Events. Bolt + Tie will host monthly resident events. Some of these events will be online while others are in person! These events are great opportunities to get more familiar with your apartment community, meet the staff, and meet your neighbors. You can find out when our next event is by following us on social media, reading our e-newsletter, or by checking out our website!
Newsletters. The first issue of Bolt + Tie’s bi-monthly e-newsletter will drop in September. This will be the place to hear from your property manager, receive property updates, and learn about any upcoming events!
Texts. Bolt + Tie will occasionally send text messages to residents. These texts are the fastest way for us to communicate with you. This is how we will send out our friendly reminders and updates for all things regarding Bolt + Tie!
Elevate Office. Elevate Office is located on the first floor of Bolt + Tie. It has a total of 70 office suites, 12 micro-retail spaces, two high-tech conference rooms, a think tank, and a coworking space. You can review the tenant directory to find out how you can make the most out of having such a diverse mix of businesses just a few steps from your home.
