Bolt + Tie Hires Property Manager

With leasing underway, Bolt + Tie has announced the hiring of a community property manager. The newest member of the team, Jazmine Sharp, will manage all apartment and office/retail leasing, tenant relations, and building operations.   

“I’m very excited to be a part of such an innovative project,” said Sharp. “I’m really looking forward to welcoming tenants and businesses to the Bolt+Tie community. The building is stunning and is the perfect place for professionals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses to thrive.”

Sharp joins the team as an experienced professional in the multifamily industry and more than 10 years experience and a passion for property management. She has managed properties in Frankfort and Louisville, Kentucky and is excited to manage the Bolt + Tie community in Clarksville. 

Originally from Frankfort, Sharp has lived in Louisville for the past four years with her family. In her free time, she enjoys curling up with a good book and watching movies with her children.

Located at 1400 Main Street, Bolt + Tie is a four-story mixed-use community that will be home to Elevate Office Suites, micro-commercial studios and restaurant space on the first floor and luxury apartment homes on the remaining floors. Bolt + Tie will offer studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with luxury furnishings and amenities, including a rooftop terrace with an outdoor grill area  and fire pit lounge  overlooking the Ohio River and the Louisville skyline.
