Project Update: Getting Closer

The days are getting longer and we are getting closer to opening the doors to the Clarksville community. Construction continues and we are on track for a March 2021 completion.

With exterior construction nearing completion, Bolt + Tie signage was installed around the building. Looks great!

The response to Elevate Office Suites on the first floor of Bolt + Tie has been great, and leasing activity is picking up. Elevate Office includes office suites, salon suites, coworking, and micro-retail units, as well as all-inclusive entrepreneurial amenities.
