Office and salon suites; retail space now leasing and open to the community
Bolt + Tie and Elevate Office announced the opening of the newest workspace in Southern Indiana, Elevate Office at Bolt + Tie. Leasing since early March, small businesses and entrepreneurs are moving in and have started hosting clients. Elevate Office at Bolt + Tie is in Water Tower Square and is part of the South Clarksville Redevelopment District.

Elevate Office offers coworking space and one- to four-person office and salon suites, as well as micro-retail spaces facing the new Main Street just down the road from the historic Colgate Clock.

There is a quiet corridor that includes Focus Suites with extra sound proofing for professionals that need a more private space, such as counselors, therapists, or accountants to name a few. Salon suites are equipped with additional electrical power and plumbing capabilities and start at $515 a month.
Micro-retail suites are also available and have already been a hit with the business community. These suites start at $999 a month and include store-front access from the new Main Street and shared community amenities.
Elevate Office at Bolt + Tie invites the community to “Work From Here.” The coworking space is free and open Monday – Friday until 5 p.m. In addition, the conference rooms are free for use to community organizations in need of meeting space.
