Meet Your Property Manager: Kourtney Sharder

Since Bolt + Tie first opened last year, it has continued to grow and thrive in the South Clarksville community. From grand openings to the creation of Main Street, 2021 was a great year! We are excited for our continued growth and the revitalization of our community. Along with this growth we are pleased to announce that the Bolt + Tie team is expanding!

Kourtney Sharder has recently joined us at Bolt + Tie as the Property Manager. Kourtney is originally from Louisville, but currently resides just north of Clarksville in Henryville, Indiana. Before joining the team at Bolt + Tie, she was working at an apartment community in New Albany. She has been in the property management industry for about 10 years and loves that every day is different from the last. Her favorite thing about being a property manager is that she gets to meet new people everyday and help them find their future home.

Outside of the office, you might find Kourtney cheering on her alma mater, the University of Cincinnati. There she received her bachelors in social work and her masters in business administration. Kourtney also enjoys spending time with her daughter, Kamiyah, son, Kyree, and American Bully, Price. She is excited to see what 2022 has in store for her, her family, and Bolt + Tie!
