The ribbon was cut as Bolt + Tie announced the official grand opening of the innovative apartment and entrepreneurial community—the only live-work-play development of its kind in Southern Indiana. Leasing is currently underway.

Located on the first floor of Bolt +Tie Elevate Office is a vibrant, professional workplace for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and freelancers. Elevate Office is now open and offers coworking space and one- to four-person office and salon suites, as well as micro-retail spaces facing the new Main Street just down the road from the historic Colgate Clock.

With leasing underway, Bolt + Tie has announced the hiring of a community property manager. The newest member of the team, Jazmine Sharp, will manage all apartment and office/retail leasing, tenant relations, and building operations.

With construction crews working on interiors and exterior façade, the Bolt+Tie community in South Clarksville is on track for a Spring 2021 opening.

Construction is coming right along and our live-work-play community is really starting to take shape. It’s been almost a year since demolition started on the Bolt + Tie site in Water Tower Square along the Ohio River, and pre-leasing for apartments and Elevate Office Suites will begin late 2020. Bolt + Tie is a community like none other in Southern Indiana. Located in the heart of Water Tower Square in South Clarksville, Bolt + Tie is the first live-work-play community in the region. But what does that mean?

Before construction gets too far along on the Bolt + Tie community in South Clarksville, we wanted to take a look back at the work done so far to clear the site at Water Tower Square business park and build Southern Indiana’s first live-work-play development.

Southern Indiana’s first live-work-play community is officially under construction in Clarksville, Indiana. Nestled along the river with a view of the Louisville skyline, Bolt + Tie features luxury apartments, restaurant space, office suites, micro-commercial studios, and shared live-work amenities. The community plans to open in the spring of 2021 with pre-leasing starting this fall.

A $22 million mixed-use project planned for Clarksville’s Woerner Avenue is expected to help kick off major redevelopment efforts in the area. The three upper floors will make up about 135,000 square feet of the facility, and include luxury apartments. The roughly 35,000 square feet of the ground floor will include not only the micro retail and offices spaces, but community and shared conference areas.
